READY FOR CLASS! All students should arrive at class in proper attire. Long hair must always be secured in a ponytail, braid, or bun.
No jewelry should be worn to dance classes.
Dress Code for ALL Classes
Acrobatic Arts
Leotard (any style/color) or comfortable workout clothes (shorts/leggings and fitted top) is required. No footed tights. No shoes are worn while on the mats.
Ballet
Black leotard & pink or white tights are recommended. Dancers may also wear comfortable activewear (shorts/leggings & fitted top). Ballet shoes must be purchased through the studio.
Contemporary
Black leotard is recommended. Leggings or jazz pants may also be worn if they are tight fitting. Dancers should be barefoot or in a half-sole shoes that are purchased through the studio.
Hip Hop
Comfortable street clothes, leggings, with non-marking tennis shoes. Shoes carried in (not worn) with clean bottoms. Sneakers for performances must be purchased through the studio.
Jazz
Solid colored leotard and tights preferred. Tank tops and dance shorts/leggings are acceptable. Tan jazz shoes must be purchased through the studio.
Lyrical
Black leotard. Leggings or jazz pants may also be worn if they are tight fitting. Dancers should be barefoot or in a half sole shoe.
Musical Theater
Comfortable activewear. Tan jazz shoes must be purchased through the studio.
Pom
Fitted activewear. Tan jazz shoes must be purchased through the studio.
Leotards, leggings, and t-shirts are all acceptable. Please do not wear jeans or school dresses. White ballet shoes are required.
Preschool - K
Tap
Solid colored leotard and tights preferred. Fitted activewear may also be worn. Tap shoe purchases will be discussed after classes have begun.
