Registration

Students register for classes through the online student portal. All new members are charged a registration fee of $25.00. This is a one-time fee as long as the student remains active in our enrollment system. Registration fee is due at enrollment.

EPayment Tuition

Class tuition is posted on the first day of each month. Tuition fees are automatically deducted via EPayment on the 5th day of each month, using the credit or debit card on file. You may log into your account to change your method of payment as needed.

Late fees & NSF Fees

Class tuition must be paid by the 15th day of each month. Any tuition balance remaining on the account as of midnight on the 15th of each month will be

assessed a late fee as follows:

$20.00 late fee for tuition under $50.00

$30.00 late fee for tuition over $50.00.

 

Other Purchases

Checks and Money orders will be accepted for fundraisers, costumes, dancewear and shoes. Checks that are returned due to NSF will incur a $30.00 fee,and the total amount will be added to your online EPayment account.

Delinquent Accounts

Monthly class fees must remain current for students to attend classes. If class

tuition is one month delinquent, attendance will be suspended until the account is brought current. If there is a hardship, please contact our offices to request payment arrangements.

Closed Class Area

You may stay and watch the first class only. Closed classes create a better environment for learning.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Students should arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to the start of their class.  We are not responsible for students who arrive early or are picked up late. Our instructors are in the classroom teaching. This is for the safety of your children. We appreciate your cooperation.

Fundraisers

Fundraisers are offered to defer the cost of Revue costumes. A candy bar sale will begin in September and a cookie dough sale in October. Points earned through fundraisers will be applied directly to the Revue costume fee. All fundraiser points are forfeited if a student leaves the studio.

Costumes

All students will perform in our spring recital, which we call the Wildfire Revue. Costumes will be billed in October and payment will be due in November.
